Yatra is given wrong reply against my last complain raised as below:-

Hi, Greetings from Yatra.com! Your refund has been processed from our end on ** Jul **** under Yatra reference number *************. Please note, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within * to * working days and if payment has been made from public sector bank, it will take up to * working days for the credit to reflect in your account. For Yatra reference number *************, your refund has been processed in Yatra wallet. For Yatra reference number ***********, your booking has been cancelled and Spicejet Airline has credit the entire amount as a credit shell under Customers current PNR (hence no money will be refunded to original mode of payment). The credit shell will be utilized to create a new booking for same passengers. The fare difference will be applicable (If any). Regards, Yatra Care
Yatra reference number *************:- yatra refunded in yatra wallet ***** why? I paid this amount by credit card should be credited through the same.
However, I paid yatra during ticket booking INR***** = INR***** by credit card+ INR**** axis Giftvoucher+ INR *** yatra ecash. It is full refund by indigo. hence, yatra should refund all these amount to original payment method or bank transfer. Yatra is doing yatra e-wallet credit of only INR ***** and try to digest other amount and also keep his business goal fulfill by keeping this money his wallet. however, I have direct mail from from indigo that indigo credited whole amount yatra account as cash refund. So yatra, please do not try to play.
For Yatra reference number *************:- I have paid yatra INR **** by credit card only and indigo is given yatra full cash refund. Now, yatra refunded me back in yatra wallet **** after deducting INR *** why? full refund means full refund. What I paid through amount during ticket booking i.e. INR **** you should credit back to me and these amount I paid after applied all your discount only. Hence, INR **** should be credited back and it also has to be transfer to original payment mode or bank transfer not Yatra e wallet. Again I will say, Yatra is doing play around.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
