IRCTC - PNR not updated for rescheduling ticket

This is in reference to my transaction ID **********, where my reservation failed for booking the ticket from BLR - KOL on *st November ****. This transaction was a rescheduled booking of the transaction ID ********** with PNR HK*TE.
I would like to book my tickets again, however I am unable to proceed further as whenever I use the reschedule option with PNR HK*TE, I am shown the following message: I have written to IRCTC almost ** times, haven't been able to resolve my complaint. In addition, on call also, there has no resolution
