PlanetSpark WinSpark Innovations Learning Private Limited - PlanetSpark Fraudulent EMI Deductions Despite Cancellation Request

I am filing this complaint against PlanetSpark and Shopse for misrepresentation, deficiency in service, and unauthorized EMI deductions.

Issue Summary:
PlanetSpark promised at the time of enrollment that if I was not satisfied within the first month, I could cancel the course and get a refund (confirmed via their email, attached).

Despite stopping classes within the first month and raising multiple cancellation requests, PlanetSpark refused to cancel the enrollment and is still deducting EMIs via Shopse.

Shopse is continuing auto-debit deductions from my savings account even though the service is not being used.

Both parties are avoiding resolution by giving template replies and not providing any refund transaction ID.

I have suffered financial loss, mental harassment, and time wastage due to this unethical practice.
