PlanetSpark WinSpark Innovations Learning Private Limited - Despite requesting cancellation within the refund period PlanetSpark and its EMI partner Shopse have

I am filing this complaint against PlanetSpark (WinSpark Innovations Learning Pvt. Ltd.) and their EMI partner Shopse for misrepresentation, deficiency in service, and unauthorized EMI deductions.

Issue Summary:

At the time of enrollment, PlanetSpark’s representatives assured me that if I was not satisfied with the course, I could request cancellation within the initial period and receive a refund.

However, after joining the course, I found the sessions unsatisfactory and misleading — many of the so-called “classes” were merely practice sessions, a fact that was never disclosed before payment.

I raised multiple cancellation and refund requests through email and phone calls to PlanetSpark’s support team, but despite repeated follow-ups, my course was not cancelled, and the company refused to issue any refund.

To make matters worse, even after submitting cancellation requests, the first EMI of ₹*,*** was automatically deducted from my account toward the total course fee of ₹**,***. The EMI partner, Shopse, continues to maintain an active auto-debit mandate despite non-provision of service.

Both PlanetSpark and Shopse have been avoiding accountability, sending only template or automated replies without providing any concrete resolution or refund confirmation.

This behavior amounts to unfair trade practice, misrepresentation, and financial harassment, resulting in monetary loss, emotional distress, and inconvenience.
