Hi Team
As we recently brought maths course for my child from planetspark.
And we are not satisfied with the product and service ans wanted refund as we did not continued classes.
As per the terms and conditions it is clearly mentioned
**. Refund Policy
Only *:* enrollments will be eligible for refund of unconsumed classes subject to the cancellation charges mentioned below. No refund or cancellation is permitted once the customer has consumed * or more classes (including Learn, Practice, and Performance sessions) of a course.
No refund is applicable in case of resolvable service-related issues. We are committed to addressing and resolving all such concerns promptly.
