Pigeon Appliances - pigeon complaint

i had purchased Pigeon kettle in Oct ****. when i started using it the kettle leaked. i complaint to Amardas their Service peraon for mumbai. He said the man and asked mw to pay Rs ***/-. for repairing at home. the said amt was paid. I had to courier the kettle to their Bangalore office for repairs, which I did. when it was sent to me again there was leakage. Amardas repeatedly said he will return and give a replacement. but till date nothing has been done. Also the expenditure incurred for home repairs and courier also has been lost.
