I ordered i* intel processor and it was open box delivery and during delivery when delivery boy is opening package i saw it is wrong product that model is i* which is lower than i ordered and told him to cancel order, this is wrong order. He said take the delivery and request return later on app. Called flipkart they said tou have to reject at that time but still they told me they will help. Now * times they have arranged pickup and pickup guy refused it by saying that this product doesn't match thier description. Told customer care about this already before pickup that please update the received package images with ekart so that my pickup will not reject. But they said they don't have option of this. Now i am stuck in this loop of return and pickup rejection. Sent them emails, daily calls from last * days but no solution causing me mental harassment by flipkart. Please help me solve my problem. Also have proofs the serial number generated in invoice by flipkart and product and checked that in official intel website which their brand product i have ordered , comes out to be i* processor different than my actual order. Already sent the evidence to team, their senior manager and grievance officer but no solution till now
