The delivery agent is not picking up the replacement product for * days.
I faced this issue with Delhivery last year also. I had to cancel the order, the agent didn't deliver the product to me and this time he is repeating the same.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
