I am writing to formally escalate a serious service failure regarding my shipment with AWB #*************.
The return pickup for this order has been pending since March **, and despite multiple attempts to reach your customer support and repeated tickets raised, there has been absolutely no resolution or meaningful response from your team. This level of negligence is unacceptable.
Key concerns:
- Return pickup delayed for over * days
- No response to support tickets
- No way to connect with a responsible representative
- Complete lack of accountability from Delhivery
