Ishan Manoj filed complaint against Delhivery on May 2, 2026
Dear Team,
I am writing to raise a concern regarding my shipment (AWB #**************) from Bigfoot Retail Solutions Private Limited.
The parcel was picked up on ** April and reached Surat on ** April. From Surat, it was sent to Ankleshwar (which is my delivery location and only around ** km away). However, instead of proceeding to delivery, the shipment has been repeatedly misrouted and is moving incorrectly between locations.
As per tracking updates:
- The parcel reached Ankleshwar facility on * May early morning.
- Despite being at the correct destination city, it was not marked “Out for Delivery.”
- The shipment movement appears inconsistent, showing unnecessary routing and delays.
- The expected delivery date has also been extended from * May to * May.
This is not the first time I am facing such an issue with Delhivery, where shipments reach the nearest hub but are not delivered on time and are instead rerouted.
I request you to:
*. Provide a clear reason for the delay and misrouting.
*. Ensure immediate delivery of the shipment without further unnecessary movement.
*. Take necessary action to avoid such issues in the future.
Kindly treat this as urgent.
