I have ordered GUESS bag from Myntra which cost Rs. **** after discount and original price is Rs. **** and they have sent me wrong bag. When I placed return order the pickup boy came and said picture doesn't match from the order you have placed I won't pickup and he even torn the main packaging. Till now I have made ** calls and they keep on extending pickup date and asking me to wait daily.
Daily I receive message of pickup but when I call delivery boy he deny to come and at the end of the day it shows pickup rejected my customer
