Shadowfax - Pick up not done

I am Meesho seller and meesho work with *pl partner like Shadowfax. I got more then ** orders within * days as new seller on Meesho from **th to **th October and that all orders are "to be delivered with shadowfax ". Today is **th October and no one come to pick up my orders. And according to meesho policy my order get cancelled after SLA+ * days. My orders are started getting cancel and I'm totally helpless. Meesho support is too slow to solve my issue. They also didn't even solve issue which was created * days ago. And main issue is that I'm continuously getting orders and most of the orders are assigned to shadowfax automatically and now I'm stuck in this situation. I can't get help with from anyone. I marked RTD ( ready to deliver) on time according to meesho policy. Then why my order are getting cancelled and why meesho does not support. Here I'm attaching proof of orders below. Please help.
