I ordered GTS * mini from Amazon but I had to return it. I placed an return request. I was told that it will be picked up so I pushed my other works to stay home to return the product but no one come. No one even contacted but they straight up cancelled my pick up. I again placed return request. I was told Same as before so i again stayed home pushing other things to next day but my pick up was cancelled even without an attempt of pick up to which I called customer services who were rude to me. Amazon is harrassing me. They promise a pick up , I stay home all day and they reject the pick up and they are being rude about it too. It's been four days of this same routine. I have been staying at home for four days to process the return but they don't even value my time. One of the executive named Kishor was so rude and said he can't do anything but reschedule the return, and he added " do you want it or not ".

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
