Myntra - Pick up agent refuse to pick up my products and myntra costumer care not take proper action on it

I retrun my products on **/**/** but pick up agent refuse to pick up my products . Again i return my products agian pick up agent refuse to pick up my products they told me that this is not come under my location you find another agent and give the parcel to them therefore I complained this in myntra costumer care more than * times but they say me to wait some days and more than * days passed to do this always costumer care say to me wait for some days . They not give me proper solutions. I want my refund
