On August **th i purchased apple iphone xr white in imagic store visakhapatnam, with in * days i found a camera problem , there is no physical damage to my phone , i went to nearest apple service center and hand over my phone for service , they sent my phone to main service center which is established in Bangalore ,those people replace my camera and give it back to me after few days, after servicing the same problem will be raised , this is not a camera problem this is totally manufacturing defect that's the reason as a customer i want justice though consumer court and i want new piece instead of old one .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
