i m having issues after my first repair form apple they replaced my screen and after that repair i am intermediatly unable to answer my phone calls so the basic function is not working the touch disables sometimes but i have submited for a check in the apple service centre they person who is working there in the service centre has seen the issue but when my set is sent to banglore for checkup they sent it back saying no trouble found but i am facing the issue i want to sue apple for the harasment i am facing from * months . i been visiting service centre i been calling the apple support but still they are not working to the point they are making a fool out of me . i have all the evidences even the person there in the service centre have seen the problem and escalated the video but still they are not giving a damn.
