I applied for an insurance for my ASUS ZENFONE MAX PRO M* from Jeeves mobile protection. They have asked for extra Rs.*** because my phone was fallen in the water and I paid according to thier instructions. After that they delayed the pickup for the package and after some calling and email they eventually rearranged a pickup. But unfortunately COVID ** broke out and they informed me that the process for repairing will be delayed for it. I accepted that as it was an unfortunate phenomenon but after * months of unlock also they could not delivered my phone after repairing. But most irritating thing is they are avoiding while I'm calling or emailing them without any information.
