I purchased a phone from Flipkart under Flipkart smart upgrade plan under which I had made ** percent of payment on *rd June **** and rest ** percent I have to make on or before *rd June ****. When I tried to make the payment on *rd June **** the payment link was not available. I called customer care and told them the issue they said they will send the external payment link which they did on *th June by the time on *th June they locked my phone. I made the payment as soon as I received the paymetn link but till date they haven't unlocked my phone instead of sending several emails, calls, posting in Twitter but of no use. always same line from them please wait **to ** horus
