Pepperfry - Pepperfy has not supplied bed as per description of dimension on website

I purchased Young America Kids Queen Size bed in yellow and green on **-**-**** from pepperfry studio at Patna, Bihar with order ID *********. I purchased a mattress as per description of recommended mattress size mentioned on pepperfry website and also confirmed the dimension by pepperfry agent of Patna studio over phone. The recommended mattress size mention on website is **’’x**’’.
Bed was delivered and assembled on **-**-**** and I shocked to see that my mattress is not getting fit. I measured inner dimension of the bed and noticed that bed width is around **’’ rather that **’’. I lodged a complaint on the same day to pepperfry but pepperfy is not resolving the issue.
