I had ordered a wardrobe worth Rs.*****/- . When received the product, it was of poor quality. So I requested for return selecting the option "not as expected " . And now they say that they cannot accept the return request as its not a defective item. Now it's in my home with no use . The wardrobe wood quality is too poor to assemble it . Pepper fry has poor policies which will not benefit customers in any way . They do not take order cancellation requests, they do not accept the return request even if customer is not satisfied with the product and also even to write to founders we need to wait for ** hours . They do not even connect to higher authority people to attend our issues . They provide very poor service . Pepperfry does not value customer relationship and do not care for their customers .
