This is bring to your attention that Pearson VUE has deceived me of the money by revoking my certification exam in the middle.
PearsonVUE is a testing vendor which tied up which Amazon to provide a platform to give certification exam.
Coming to my concern, I had scheduled my exam on **th December, **** via online proctoring.
When I sat for the exam I saw that my battery was about to drain and I got a pop up to plug in charger. However I had already plugged in the charger. It turned out the charging port was defective and my laptop wasn't charging. I pinged the proctor that but the proctor didn't respond. I adjusted the charge point so that I don't lose progress of exam as it was about to shut down. As soon as I adjusted the charging cable. The proctor revoked the exam. I wanted to explain the issue to him but there was no one to listen. They cancelled the exam with reason of misconduct.
I am still waiting to hear from them.
It seems like the proctors approach professionals who invest their time and money in these exams with a preconceived notion of dishonesty which is inappropriate assumption for the vast majority of test takers. If Pearson is so firm about policies and honesty, why after repeated ask they are not sharing the footage/screen capture to prove the intend behind the exam was not to deceive or cheat.

They don't share the evidence because they know I can prove myself non-guilty because it would be recorded that my battery drained out.
This is extremely frustrating because they do not answer.
Such big brand and such cheap tactics to get innocent candidates money
Hence, I would like your intervention on this to help take taken on this.
