Pearson Vue - Pearson Vue Exam revoked Suddenly

Hi Team,
Greetings for the day!
I would like to share that I had appeared for AZ-*** exam via Pearson Vue and proctor said that I looked off screen and suddenly revoked my exam without any explanation. But the fact is, I never looked off screen even a single time. I was moving my eyes on screen just to read question/responses and to click submit button.
It's totally unfair to me. I need evidence if she observed any such activity because I know I did not do anything wrong and I am confident about it. I would like to request for the video recording for the said incident. And if not, please reschedule my exam or provide me refund.
Please help me in this case because since yesterday I am struggling to contact support team and I get no valid answers.
I just want to request one thing to verify recording since I never looked off screen and do the needful.
