I have added some money to paytm wallet. Out of which *** was available for use. Now paytm has blocked my account asking me to do personal verification which I don't want to do. Since paytm has blocked my wallet I cannot withdraw or use my hard earned money. If it's paytm's terms and conditions, paytm should have transferred my wallet amount first and then they could have blocked my wallet.

I have used *** postpaid balance now I am asking paytm to use my wallet amount and clear the outstanding dues. But paytm refused and warning me of legal action. My point is that if I have *** Rs in my paytm wallet why should I pay an additional *** outstanding balance of payment. Paytm should internally settle it. Now the amount to be paid and my wallet balance is equal. I am not going to pay any money.
