I made a transaction to realme store via paytm wallet on which paytm provide me the *** cash back scratchcard. The last date for the transfer of cash back into wallet passed. But it's still showing in cash back section amount will credited within **hours.But No. Of days passed now and no cash back received yet. Even paytm Care executive didn't attend the issues they didn't respond for most of the time.
If paytm don't want to transfer money then why it mislead via hollow cash back promises.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
