Before Pandemic I have Taken Paytm Postpaid due to pandemic I Couldn't able to the amount at that time now , the actual amount I've taken is *** rupees, now with penalties and all the amount raised to **** rupees. * months ago regarding this I talk to the paytm postpaid customer care service and they came to an settlement amount of **** rupees and i paid instantly and they said I'll an settlement letter after few days, till now I didn't get any settlement letter , that to from past two months the recovery agents started calling me and asking for pending amount , when i say the issues (they say like We will get back to you with update and disappear no response ), again call from another number now started messaging on WhatsApp and and asking for payment when i share the chat history of the settlement amount issues they don't respond and again come with another number ask for payment , this going like this messaging from almost *-* number and wherever i say the settlement amount issues no response disappear. please give an solution for this.
