Jasper Israel filed complaint against Paytm on Feb 10, 2023
Hi Team,
I have used paytm postpaid for Rs. **** in * transactions on **th Jan **** at *:** pm IST. On *st Feb **** I was levied convenience fees of Rs. ***.** which was huge and it is beyond the terms and conditions. As per T&C it is mentioned convenience fees will be between *% to *% + gst. If we calculate the charges for ****, it will be approx Rs. ***. But I was levied Rs. ***.** which too high. I have raised a ticket in the Paytm app, but they haven't called me instead they are closing the tickets as resolved stating that my number is not contactable. Later I have initiated a complaint mail to nodal@paytm.com but I didn't receive any response till today. Meantime they have charged Rs. *** as late fee without giving proper resolution to my query.
