On **th May, my Paytm account was hacked. I immediately complained about it to Paytm customer support team and they advised me to drop an email to them. I have requested them to immediately block my account and have shared the required details. From **th May to **st May hacker has done a transaction using the postpaid balance in my account. Whenever there was any transaction, I called the customer support team and mailed them too. On *rd June, my account was reassigned to me. Now Paytm is following with me to pay the dues for the transaction during that period. They are threatening for legal proceeding & demand notice against me. Please help.
