I had redeemed * gm gold online on ** Nov **** with a charge of INR *** which was later cancelled and Rs *** was refunded, however till date my gold of * gm is not credited back to my account. I have been writing mails but only revert is that they have raised the query to Paytmmall Team. As its related to Digi Gold, its been highlighted to the right team. Till date no revert.
I want my gold to be added back to my account or the same to be delivered to me. I dont want the amount to be transferred to the account as the gold price fluctuates.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
