Pawan Gholap filed complaint against Paytm on May 11, 2021
I had booked GoAir flight ticket through Paytm. The flight got cancelled and GoAir has refunded the money to Paytm on Feb ****.
I have been taking follow-up with Paytm requesting them to refund the amount they've received from GoAir but they're postponing the refund by giving some stupid reasons.
They first asked me to share bank account details over e-mail to which amount should be credited. I sent them the details and they said the transfer is failing due to some technical issues. I took follow-ups for this multiple times for different bank account details. But the didn't transfer the amount and kept saying that the transfer is failing.
Then they came up with a new story.
They said that they'll send a SMS with a link through which refund will be initiated and asked me to wait till **th May **** to receive the SMS. I waited till the time patiently and I haven't received any SMS till today.
Now they're saying that the SMS will be sent by **st May ****.
They're clearly trying to dodge my refund and are not being clear about the refund status.
