PayTM - paytm not cancelling my bus ticket

On **jan i booked a bus ticket from pune to goa via Paytm. There was some glitch with the site, i was booking for **jan **:**am, but it got booked for **jan **:**am, i reported this glitch to paytm cc with proper screenshots. To which paytm mailed me that they will fix the issue of journey time difference and will give update within **hrs. But after that neither the ticket which i have booked is getting cancelled nor the paytm cc is replying me(neither on mail [**jan and **jan] nor on phone).

The bus ticket is for today's night (**jan **:**) and i will not board that bus, so who will be responsible for my money.
