I have recently deposited Rs.**** in the PayTM wallet & was ateempting to transfer funds from my wallet. It asked KYC verification & i did a video verification with PayTM customer care. CC team informed that my wallet will be activated after ** hrs (* days) for transactions. Until now they haven't activated my transfer & purposefully holding my wallet from transferring funds which is illegitimate. I'm filling this case as part of the mental agony caused to me from not allowing me to transfer my funds, now that i'm draining out of my funds during this pandemic time. I claim double of my investment due to the mental agony caused due to this incident. PayTM mobile number: **********
