Paytm blocked my wallet for more than ** hours now, saying my transaction limit is only, Rs.***** from wallet to wallet transfer, yet as per norms after completion of KYC the limit is Rs. *,**,***. Calls to customer care is useless as it does not connect directly, it puts u in a loop in IVR and disconnects, if u are lucky after putting u on hold for more than ** mins one executive will connect and they too have no idea about it, I am convinced PAytm is using our hard earn money to put us in loop and meanwhile they use it, promising us a resolution. I have an elderly mother whom I had to use the wallet to meet my daily expenses now it is blocked for a month meaning I can use it only next month, as per the executives there is an error on the side of paytm that I am facing this error and resolution will be given soon but when? The time I needed the most is the time I did not receive it and with which I have couple of important commitments delayed. I want reference number ********
