I booked a flight for my husband for */**/**** from bombay to jaipur from Go Air.
The flight was rescheduled by the airline.So i called up the customer care of airline and they said that u can cancel your ticket if you want to and you will be eligible for full refund..So I cancelled the flight and booked another flight from Airasia.
Now its been almost an year since paytm is not refunding full amount.I am being tortured mentally by PayTM and whenever i call them they says that we are processing.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
