I have submitted request of Paytm Postpaid account closure on */**/**** and it has been more than * months they have closed my postpaid account. I have paid all dues and have not used paytm postpaid since */**/**** and still my postpaid account is active.
I have done no transaction since */**/**** and paid all my dues
I have submitted complaint but the team is not willing to close my account at all and i keep getting random bot messages.
I want to close to paytm Postpaid permanently and submit the status to credit bureau of closure of credit account.
Kindly close it asap
