PayTM - PayTm gift voucher

I was trying to make payment to shuttle app by adding money to my PAYTM wallet. While doing so I checked that the money was not added to my wallet instead a gift voucher of equal amount has been issued which I can’t use until I get my KYC completed. As per the customer care since my KYC was expired so, therefore, the amount was not added to the wallet. My complaint is that without my consent the company issued me a gift voucher and my prime purpose of making the payment was not served. Secondly, as per the app, it is mentioned that even without KYC we can pay to any app (screenshot attached) but it breached its own saying. Lastly, I didn’t get the intimation regarding the same that I will be issued a gift card neither it is mentioned in the T&C of non-KYC. So, kindly file a consumer complaint against the company.
