Sai hanuman prasad filed complaint against PayTM on Jun 12, 2017
on may **,**** have book a bus(BSR Travels from hyderabad to khammam) in Paytm (Journey on June *st). On the journey day I have called the operator (Phone number was sent by paytm through message ), then i have shocked to listen that bus service was cancelled and contact payTM for futher details. I immecdiately called paytm and an agent have atended my call and confirmed that bus was cancelled and he asked me to book other bus and this bus money would be refunded. Then imeediately I have booked other bus of cost ***/- (booked in Tsrtc). Then i went to mgbs to get into tsrtc bus.
Then(at **:**pm) I got a call from BSR Travles Bus driver that he is waiting near my Boarding point. I was totally surprised to hear this and questionedhim that they told bus was cancelled and what is this now? He told that some one gave u wrong information bus haven't cancelled. Then immediately i rushed to other bus point where the BSR travels bus will be going through and caught the bus and travelled in it.
So the thing is I immediately raised a complaint that I need the refund amount of the Bus tickets which i have booked again (through tsrtc) beacuase of the mistake done by paytm and Paytmagent (Paytm provided me wrong number and paytm agent gave me wrong information). Complaint was raised more than ** days back and called them regarding this issue more than * times and mailed them **+ times, but none solved my issue and i haven't got my money back.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
