We find Paytm is doing KYC and enrolling customers but owns no responsibility for allowing their one customer to use paytm for fraudulent debits. in our cae me and my husband Sudhir, got duped via paytm where paytm customer took away Rs **** from us versus paying us . The app needs to be better planned. This happened on **th june eve and we reported sametime to paytm. Paytm mails us to go record with police! And doesn't chase its own customer and allows such personnel. Ref is VPA**********@paytm UPI ref no ************
