Booked fastag on **th November. Paytm was promising delivery date *rd December. Immediately after booking & taking payment, delivery date was shifted to *th December & order could not be cancelled. On *th December date was shifted to **th December, then to **th December. From **th December fastag is mandatory and I have to pay double toll charge because of FALSE DELIVERY DATE PROMISE by this dubious Paytm.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
