Dear Sir,
I had transferred *** back to original mode of payment. Paytm immediately deducted *** for transferring to original mode of payment. Status goes pending after that. From December * to December ** their customer care replies we have forwarded this to department and it will be resolved. Samee message they are replying and My money is is lost condition. I wish to file a case against the fraud in consumer forum . Kindly help me to nab them.
