PayTM - PayTM Convenience Fee not refunded for Flight tickets

I have booked Flight tickets via Paytm last year (****) and due to COVID, they were cancelled. After almost an year, both airlines (Air India & Spice Jet) refunded my money fully but PayTM has not refunded the convenience fee stating that as per policy. When a customer cancels a ticket, bearing convenience fee is acceptable. But when airlines cancels it which is due to Government restrictions, PayTM should have some policy exception to resolve it. We are using PayTM service for easy bookings but these kind of issues makes us find better service. Request for a refund of the convenience fee charged by Paytm for all my * booking Id's.
