PayTM - Paytm Convenience Fee not Refunded for Cancelled Flight due to

Paytm has charged “Convenience Fee” of INR **** for Flight Booked through them. However, Flight was cancelled by Operator due to National Lockdown due to COVID**. I got full refund from Airtravel Company as per supreme court order, however Paytm refused to refund the Convenience Fee Charged Rs.**** for my * Air Tickets, which is illegal. Paytm is not empathetic to COVID-** cancellations and still was focusing on making money by not refunding Convenience fees. Government of India has cancelled all the flights and Supreme court has ordered for Full Refund for Passengers. Charging Convenience fee for non performed journey is unethical and unlawful from Paytm end. I am looking for INR**** refund to my Paytm account.
