I did my jio prepaid recharge from myjio app and paid my total amount from Paytm wallet as promised I did get ** rs cashback but it is stuck at pending (will deposit in ** hours) but it has been * days now.
Second problem is with postpaid as I mentioned above i paid my bill with wallet option and Paytm wallet had like * times more amount than total bill but still money was deducted from postpaid now i will have to pay their convenience charge + it will affect my credit score.
I told all these problems on Paytm help but support guy is not even reading my problem he is just copy pasting same answer again and again which is not even related to my problem.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
