Paytm - paytm business pos has not settled amount

on *th of december **** i received a payment from customer which was failed and pending in settlement till now i.e **th december **** , i have called * times to paytm stating that my payment has not been settled and kept me waiting till **th of december that by **th it will going to settle in your account i asked for supervisior to talk but no super visior has called me yet and also i have complained have all the case id and call recordings with them they are not helping today they took my problem seriously which is on **th december **** and highlight my case to senior team but again they are asking to wait for * more days so is this is a scam buy paytm by not settling my amount and using my amount who will gonna pay the interest on the amount that they kept with them and said that problem is with my bank i called my bank confirmed with them there is no such problem in bank even i am doing every transactions in my bank eve after this payment held by paytm they are also transfering the daily transaction in my bank but just kept this big amount with them as pending for settlement and no one is helping me the PAYTM business is scam
