Hello dear Sir/Mam ,
I have grievance related to My Paytm For Business App. Earlier there was an option in Paytm for Business App, called " Paytm Business Khata Entry" which has been removed by Paytm since few months. In which i had kept the ledger entries of more than *** of my costumers (above Rs:*lakh) there, and now i am not able to see them due to which i am facing a lot of problems in settling the accounts with my costumers. also there i kept all entries of lends given by me to my costumers and borrow taken by me from them. Even i many times talk to costumer support but they didn't give relevant support. Also he put on hold many times more than half hour's of my calls.
Now I am feeling harassment by yours costumers support team
tickets created by paytm when I was call but he not resolved any tickets and closed it by them
