I purchased Paytm SoundBox for Business with * Rental chagres and paid upfront One Time cost * year ago. Since last * months, they have started collecting rent of ***Rs per month which was supposed to be *.
The App does not have any support contact number or Email. They don't have any option to close account and stop billing, when found number and called them, they said only they have the right to close Account and without proper reason they will not
