Anjali Chadha filed complaint against PayTM on Apr 13, 2017
i have mailed them more than ** times regarding the probem i am facing and gotten one mail demanding my bank account staement and sms screenshots for proof which i provided them immediately.After that i dropped several mails begging them to help me but no reply. My mobile number ********** is registered with Paytm by email ID anjali.****@gmail.com but now they show that the number is 'temporarily blocked' and email ID is not registered at all. also another account ********** was registered with same but i changed it to achadha****@gmail.com because clearly they were not smart enough to understand that two mobile numbers are associated with the same Email. I told thier customer care representative to put anjali.****@gmail.com as my id for ********** and he confirmed of doing so but its not been done apparently. he said to wait for a ** hrs and try forgot password option but it still says blocked temporarily. Now ********** is blocked since now more than a week. Please help me solve this issue with them.
About *** rupees is there in my Paytm wallet. i am so frustrated and tired of writing them long messages and emails but still no proper action.
Thier customer care number ********** does not even give an option for my issue or make me talk to a representative and cost me so much money. Also customer care number ************ is not even working!!! everytime i call it says wrong number!!
Just please help me. I beg.
