I had my old mobile phone number linked to my paytm account. After I moved to the USA for an urgent assignment, I cancelled my phone number associated with my paytm account. I have been trying to update a new phone number to my paytm account and has written several emails to customer service. However they either would not respond even after several follow up or they would reply back asking for same information ie., new mobile phone number to update on my account and a bank statement that show the Paytm transaction, which I have already share twice with them now.
Today I sent them *th email asking for an update and they are not responding . I even asked my wife back in india to call customer service and even to her they first assured her of help however after repeated calls and asking for a chance to speak to manager they would put the call on hold and would not allow us to talk to a manager or a supervisor .
My reference number for this complain with paytm is Reference No.: ********* .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
