PayTM - Paytm Movie Pass issue

I bought a movie Pass of Rs *** from Paytm in which they promised to give cashback of * movies in a month.

This was a good offer and i fell for it.

I was busy in that month so i thought i will see all * movies in last week and enjoy my cahsback from paytm

To my surprise, when i tried to booked the tickets paytm said its for one movie in one week. I cannot see second movie and take cash back

My concern was this that this main point was not highlighted on the page where they were selling the movie pass.

So thats how they make fool of custoners by not highlighting the main clauses.

I complaint to paytm like ** tines ( i have proof) but no one spoke to me they just send me the conditions written on different pages and that too through computer. I asked them i want to speak to authorised representative but no one responded.

So my plea is paytm to fined for making fool of customer by hiding the conditions. And my money to be refunded along with compensation for wastage of my time which i did by complaining like ** times.
