I selected a case for my phone and paid for it, after which I received mail of successful payment and amount has been deducted but I have not got confirmation of order after which I drop a complaint with a proof and there reply was "your order is not successful " and now from * days I am continuously calling and dropping complaint but no reply. Either there phone are switched off or saying we will look into it. Kindly look into it.
