I have ordered order id: OD****************** defected product received return product. Order amount Rs.***/-, i have pay Rs.**/- gift card and remaining amount through paytm upi Rs.***/-, i have received refund amount was Rs.**/- gift card and paytm upi Rs.***/- received. reaming Rs.**/- also asking and rise complaint coustmer care and flipkart twitter team. flipkart team tell amount settled but I didn't received amount my bank account or paytm upi. i have send my bank statement also outreach@flipkart.com mail didnt any response cheating customer in flipkart
